Making travel reservations through Hanoi Peace Tour is secure and guaranteed. In most of the cases, advance payment by credit card or bank transfer is required.

Your use of this Web site is expressly conditioned on your acceptance of the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of the following terms and conditions, you must not use this site.

1. RESERVATIONS
The rates listed on Vietnam Hotels Reservation Services website are only available through our service. If you would like to make a reservation directly with the hotel you will need to contact them directly, and you will usually be charged more.

We check availability with the hotel when we receive your reservation request. When you make your reservation we allow you to enter other choices in order of preference. Please remember that by combining "availability check" and "reservation" into a one step, we cut on our cost of operations and thus we can offer you much cheaper prices. Also, by holding the room in your name with no obligation, we ensure that the available rooms will not fill up only hours later.

PLEASE NOTE: You are required to confirm acceptance of your reservation and settle an advance payment or provide your credit card details, otherwise we will cancel your reservation (s) automatically.

2. CANCELLATION and NON ARRIVAL POLICY
Different destinations have different payment methods to secure accommodation.

Full prepayment destinations

Once we have confirmed availability and charged your credit card to secure your room(s) if you cancel at this point you will be charged 3% for Visa and Master card ,4%  for American Express bank credit card processing fee plus an additional charge as follows.

·         If we receive cancellation in writing by email or fax more than 7 working days before arrival four and five star hotels and resorts, total amount will be refunded.

·         In the event of cancellation less than 7 working days  full charge will be applied.

·         Time limit for cancellation in two and three star hotels and resorts is before 2 working days.

·         Last minute cancellations (less than 2 working days ) or NON-ARRIVAL  NO REFUND is payable.

Part payment destinations (deposits paid to secure accommodation.)

·          Deposits made to secure bookings are REFUNDABLE.

·         Cancellations less than 7 working days prior to arrival four and five star hotels , full charge  will be made.

·         Time limit for cancellation in two and three star hotels and resorts is before 2 working days.

·         Last minute cancellations (less than 2 working days ) or NON-ARRIVAL NO REFUND is payable.

Once bookings have been paid for and confirmed with the hotel, in the event of early checkout (leaving the hotel earlier for a shorter period than booked) refunds are generally not permitted. However we can consider requests and after discussion with the booking agents and hotels concerned, a proportional refund can sometimes be made. Each case is treated on an individual basis.

Some hotels have a slightly different policy and in this case the terms will be clearly advised to you on the booking confirmation.

3. SITE AND CONTENT OWNERSHIP

This site, and each of its modules, is the copyrighted property of Vietnam Hotels Reservation Services and/or its various third party providers and distributors. Third party providers and distributors own much of the content found on this site. None of the content or data found on this site may be reproduced, sold, transferred, or modified without the express written permission of Hanoipeacetours.com and/or its third party providers and distributors.

4. AGE AND RESPONSIBILITY

You represent that you are of sufficient legal age to use this site and to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of the use of this site. You understand that you are financially responsible for all reservations you perform.

5. PRIVACY

As a customer of Hanoi Peace Tour Co. Ltd you are guaranteed complete privacy. All personal data and credit card information submitted to us will be handled 100% confidentiality.

6. CONFIRMATION

Hanoi Peace Tour  Co. Ltd  will send you an e-mail message confirming each reservation you transact online. We do not sell individual customer names or other private profile information to third parties and have no intention of doing so in the future.

We respect and will continue to respect the privacy of our customers who use the Hanoi Peace Tour  Co. Ltd  limited reservations system.

7. EXCLUSION OF WARRANTY

Hanoi Peace Tour  Co. Ltd  and third party providers do not warrant the completeness or availability for a particular purpose of any of the content or data found on this site.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Hanoi Peace Tour  Co. Ltd  or third party providers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, or any special, exemplary, punitive, incidental or consequential damages of any kind (including to lost profits or lost savings), whether based in contract, tort or otherwise, which arises out of or in any way connected with any use of this site or content found herein.

The foregoing terms and conditions shall apply to both contract and negligence claims.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You shall defend and indemnify Hanoi Peace Tour  Co. Ltd  and third party providers and distributors from and against any claim or cause of action brought by or on your behalf in excess of the liability described herein or by third parties as a result of your use of this Web Site.

10. RELATIONSHIP

Additional terms and conditions may apply to reservations, purchases of goods and services and other uses of portions of this site, and you agree to abide by such other terms and conditions.

12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These terms and conditions contain the entire agreement between us relating to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements (whether oral or written) regarding the subject matter, and may not be amended or modified except in writing.

• We accept the following cards. VISA, MasterCard, American Express and JCB, you will be charged 3% for Visa and Master card ,4%  for American Express, JCB as processing fee.

• Put in your name, email address, and other necessary information.
